FIELD: agricultural engineering and machine repair.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering and machine repair, in particular to the restoration and strengthening of the paws of cultivators of various functional purposes. The method consists in applying two compensating plates made of spring-spring steel 65G or 70G, followed by welding them to the back of the pointed foot, and welding is carried out on both sides, on the back side along the "a" line with a solid or intermittent seam and on the outside with a solid seam along the "b" line. At the junction of the two compensating plates, a reinforcing weld is performed connecting the compensating plates to each other and to the worn pointed foot, while applying the welding roller from the outside or from the outside and from the back.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to restore the lancet cultivator paws by increasing the durability of the part due to repeated restoration and use of compensating plates made of spring-loaded steel.
