FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine repair, particularly, to reconditioning and hardening of duckfoot hoe. Method consists in application of two compensating plates from spring steel 65 G or 70 G with their subsequent welding to outer side of duckfoot, wherein welding is carried out on both sides, on the outside along the line "a" with a solid and on the back side along the line "b" are welded with a solid or intermittent seam, in addition, at the point of connection of two compensating plates, a reinforcing weld is made, connecting the compensating plates to each other and to the worn-out duckfoot hoe, note here that welding bead is applied on outer side or on outer and rear sides.
EFFECT: invention increases durability of the part due to repeated recovery and use of compensating plates from spring steel.
