FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is an apparatus for perfusion preservation and reconditioning of a donor heart. The apparatus includes a return vessel, a thermostatic chamber, a peristaltic pump, an aortic cannula, a perfusion column, a gas cylinder, a portable monitor and a modified solution based on autologous blood or whole blood of an experimental animal, connected by lines, according to the invention, additionally includes a peristaltic pump, a left atrial cannula, a pulmonary arterial cannula, a left atrial vessel, two perfusate pressure sensors, two flowmeters, three three-way taps, an air catcher, a membrane oxygenator, a circulation thermostat with a perfusate heater and cooler, a cardiac pacemaker/defibrillator with electrodes, an autonomous power supply apparatus, an absorption filter.
EFFECT: invention ensures long-term autonomous perfusion and reconditioning of the donor heart, full assessment of the contractile function of the heart, a possibility of correcting reperfusion arrhythmias of the donor heart, a comparative analysis of the efficiency of the methods for anti-ischemic protection of the transplant.
