SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a multispecific IgG1 antibody, according to which amino acid residues in positions 356 and 439 in accordance with EU numbering in CH3 sections have such a charge, to achieve improved dissociation of Fc sections and/or control their association by using charge repulsion.
EFFECT: present invention can be used in preparing therapeutic and preventive agents, including for treating cancer.
