FIELD: quantum electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantum electronics, namely to gas lasers of slit type with high-frequency excitation of active medium, in particular to sealed slit CO2 lasers. Slit-type gas laser comprises a high-frequency pumping module with self-contained generators and a cooled sealed housing, with a resonator, planar electrodes installed inside the housing through heat-conducting electrically insulating ceramic plates with spatial filters and connected to the high-frequency pumping unit, wherein electrodes are fixed by means of holders with formation of sliding contact, additionally comprises pilot laser, compensating periscope, consisting of a lower spherical mirror installed with an angle of incidence to the axis of the beam in the vertical plane, and an upper flat mirror, a spherical mirror configured to change the direction of the beam, besides, on planar electrodes there are through grooves forming an additional spatial filter for laser radiation.
EFFECT: high optical quality of laser radiation.
