SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a high-throughput analysis for identifying molecules that prevent the formation and/or remove external plaque on the teeth. A group of inventions consists of methods of determining the effectiveness of preventing the formation and/or removal of plaque on the teeth. The methods include the step of providing film-coated hydroxyapatite particles and the step of contacting the particles with a first solution and a second solution. The first solution is either the test solution or the colouring solution. The second solution is another test solution or colouring solution. Determination of the amount of colouring composition in the liquid includes a step of separating the liquid containing the colouring composition from the resulting particles, which is introduced at the stage of providing contact and measuring the absorption in the UV and visible range of the separated liquid.

EFFECT: obtaining high-performance method of determining the effectiveness of preventing formation and removal of plaque on the teeth.
