FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical measurements and relates to the method for measuring of a polymer deposition on a dental substrate. Method includes the stages during which: the absorption of radiation by the dental substrate is measured in the absence of the polymer being studied, the absorption of radiation by the studied polymer is measured, the studied sample is obtained by means of contacting of the dental substrate with the studied polymer, the studied sample is washed or flushed and the radiation absorption by the studied sample is measured. Measurements are made in the near infrared region. In order to determine the degree of deposition and retention of the studied polymer, the radiation absorption by the dental substrate in the absence of the studied polymer, by the studied polymer and by the studied sample is compared to the studied sample.
EFFECT: increased speed of measurements.
