FIELD: testing devices.
SUBSTANCE: versions of the device for testing dynamic loads comprise a cart configured to move with the test sample placed on it, and a tip-over prevention device configured to protect the test sample from tipping over. The anti-tip means includes a first means independent of the cart. The first means is provided so as to be movable in the direction of movement of the trolley. The anti-tip means includes a second means mounted on the cart. The second means comprises a plurality of columnar supports mounted on the cart and a linear element extending over the plurality of columnar supports.
EFFECT: reduction in the increase in power required to drive the table for dynamic loading.
