FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of vehicles against unauthorized impact. Vehicle theft protection system comprises main unit connected by signal receiving/transmitting lines with units of actuators connected with vehicle functional elements. Actuators are selected from the group: an actuating device connected to the main unit by means of an analogue signal receiving/transmitting line, an actuating device connected to the main unit by means of a standard digital signal receiving/transmitting line, and an actuator connected to the main unit via a wireless signal receiving/transmitting line. Main unit is configured to determine compliance with a safety condition and, if this condition is met, to provide a mode for disarming the vehicle. In case this condition is not met, transfer of commands to actuators to perform functions prescribed by them, execution of which leads to immobilization of vehicle.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of vehicle protection against theft and an increase in the reliability of the protection system are achieved.
