SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for psychoemotional state correction. Psychological problem is identified. Label is assigned to it. Further, the index and thumb of the right hand are closed into a ring and held in this position and a verbal combination is pronounced to oneself, consisting of a label and a question “What do I feel?”. Answer is received in the form of a feeling name. Further, fingers of the right hand are opened. Then the thumb and forefinger of the left hand are closed in a ring and a neutralizing command is uttered once, consisting of the name of the detected feeling and the verb “dissolved”. Above command is repeated until reflex opening of fingers. Next level is developed. Levels differ from each other only by combinations of the other fingers locked with the thumb: index finger is used on the first level, the middle finger is used on the second level, the ring finger is used on the third level, and the little finger is used on the fourth level.
EFFECT: method enables the available psychoemotional state correction.
