SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a phage library exhibiting antibodies or antibody fragments is presented. The method includes providing first, second and third polynucleotides containing LC, connexon and HC, respectively, introducing said polynucleotides into the first, second and third bacterium to obtain a bacterial library with a light chain component, a bacterial library with a connexon component and a bacterial library with a heavy chain component, obtaining plasmids with a light chain component, a connexon component, and a heavy chain component from the libraries, obtaining the released LC, connexon and HC from the plasmids, combining the released display vector segments to form a concatenated display product, introducing a third bacterium to obtain a bacterial display library, and using the library bacterial display to produce a phage library for display of antibodies or antibody fragments.
EFFECT: obtaining a phage library with a large capacity that can meet the needs of industrial mass production.
