SUBSTANCE: described is a method for indirect determination of titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of infectious feline rhinotracheitis in non-inactivated raw material for cultural vaccines using an amplification reaction of a target portion of the UL26.5-gene of viral DNA, involving the use of the developed oligonucleotides.
EFFECT: development of a highly sensitive, highly specific, fast, objective method not involving the use of a cell line for mediated determination of a titre of infectious activity of a causative agent of infectious feline rhinotracheitis in non-inactivated raw material for cultural vaccines by means of an amplification reaction of a target region of the UL26_5-gene of viral DNA.
