FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to preventive medicine, and can be used for prediction of risk of developing inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases in patients suffering SARS-CoV2 associated pneumonia. Total protein content and urea concentration in blood serum are determined. Additionally, activity of alkaline phosphatase is determined, prediction of risk of developing inflammatory diseases is calculated by formula (P): P=1/(1+e-Z), where e – (base of natural logarithm) = 2.718, Z – is calculated by logistic regression equation: Z(x1, x2, x3) = -106.192+b1x1+b2x2+b3x3, where b1 = 1.523, b2 = -0.261, b3 = 2.176; x1 is total protein, g/l; x2 is alkaline phosphatase activity, IU/l; x3 is concentration of urea, mcl/l. If P is equal to or greater than 0.31, a high risk of developing inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the information content of the prediction of the development of inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases by analysing standard biochemical markers: total protein content, alkaline phosphatase activity and urea concentration.
