Method for determining intraocular pressure according to corneal topographic parameters involves corneal topography and autorefractometric examination, where the intraocular pressure value is calculated as a diagnostic indicator by formula: Pt corneotopographic = 58.9 – 0.07 × SPH – 0.19 × CYL – 0.37 × log2(IVA) – 30 × CKI – 1.26 × Rmin, where SPH is the size of the spherical component; CYL is the size of the cylindrical component; IVA is index of vertical asymmetry; CKI is central keratoconus index; Rmin is the size of the minimum sagittal curvature.

EFFECT: use of this invention will make it possible to simplify the determination of intraocular pressure without physical contact with the eye.
