SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Method for determining intraocular pressure according to corneal topographic parameters involves corneal topography and autorefractometric examination, where the intraocular pressure value is calculated as a diagnostic indicator by formula: Pt corneotopographic = 58.9 – 0.07 × SPH – 0.19 × CYL – 0.37 × log2(IVA) – 30 × CKI – 1.26 × Rmin, where SPH is the size of the spherical component; CYL is the size of the cylindrical component; IVA is index of vertical asymmetry; CKI is central keratoconus index; Rmin is the size of the minimum sagittal curvature.
EFFECT: use of this invention will make it possible to simplify the determination of intraocular pressure without physical contact with the eye.
