FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: use for non-destructive control of quality and homogeneity of magnetic films by recording ferromagnetic resonance spectra from local sections of thin-film samples. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a microwave detector of a ferromagnetic resonance spectrometer, comprising a housing from a non-magnetic material and a printed circuit board, on the lower side of which there is a screen with a measuring hole, above which on the upper side of the board there is an inductive element, wherein the measuring hole is a rectangular cutout in the electromagnetic screen, in the centre of which there is an inductive element made in the form of a section of a strip line or a multiturn coil.

EFFECT: high uniformity of distribution of the magnetic microwave field localized in the area of the measuring hole.
