SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and is intended for use in determining the length of the load of the orthopaedic structure on dental implants. Prosthesis type, torque force, implant stability coefficient, fixation type, bone type, resorption class and screwing angle are determined. Then, using a neural network, the time of the load of the orthopaedic structure on the dental implants is determined, wherein the input data is the type of prosthetics - single or bridge, dynamometric force from 20 to 45 N/cm, implant stability coefficient from 50 to 100 Hz, fixation type - standard, bicortical, bone type - hard, dense, soft, loose, resorption class - from A to E, screwing angle - straight, angulated; when teaching the program complex to input signals, numerical values are assigned: - prosthesis type 1 - single, 2 - bridge; - type of fixation 1 - standard, 2 - bicortical; - bone type 1 - loose, 2 - soft, 3 - dense, 4 - hard; - bone resorption class 1 - A, 2 - B, 3 - C, 4 - D, 5 - E; - screwing angle 1 - straight, 2 - angulated.

EFFECT: due to artificial intelligence, the method enables to determine the length of the load of the orthopaedic structure on the dental implants after their installation into the bone tissue.
