SUBSTANCE: described is a beer-flavored beverage with alcohol concentration less than 1 (v/v)%, containing 10 mg/100 ml or more and 45 mg/100 ml or less of proline and 1 mg/100 ml or more and 11 mg/100 ml or less of amine nitrogen, where the beer-flavored beverage contains fermented wort liquid with removed alcohol and contains 3.0 (wt./wt.)% or more and 8.00 (wt./wt.)% or less of a natural extract component, as well as method of its production.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a beverage with a beer taste, which demonstrates a weakened acidity, a sense of strength when drinking and an excellent beer-like taste and aroma, while having suitable bacteriostatic properties.
