FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a fermented malt beverage with a beer taste, containing a fermented wort liquid, containing a natural extract in concentration of 3.5 (wt./wt.)% or more and an alcohol in a concentration of less than 1 (v/v)%, where the fermented wort liquid is a fermented wort liquid with removed alcohol, obtained by removing alcohol from the fermented wort liquid by vacuum distillation, and final degree of fermentation of fermented wort liquid is from 45 to 80%. Also described is a method of producing such a beverage.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a beverage with a beer taste with alcohol concentration less than 1 (v/v)%, which is characterized by an excellent sensation of strength when drinking and excellent sweetness in a harmonious combination with sourness and has a taste-aroma similar to beer.
