FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of making reinforced concrete products and can be used in making reinforced concrete poles intended mainly for poles of overhead transmission lines (OTL). Method for combined production of sections of a centrifuged reinforced concrete post, equipped with embedded flanges, includes placing interconnected embedded flanges together with fittings and molding in a tubular formwork, having a flange connection. At the same time tubular formwork is made of upper and lower semi-formworks. Embedded flanges are laid in the lower semi-formwork together with the corresponding reinforcing frames of the post sections and connected to each other by fasteners. Pre-stressed reinforcing bars are passed through holes in embedded flanges. They are fixed in the formwork heads. Then concrete mixture is poured into lower semi-formwork. Upper semi-formwork is installed and fixed to form a sectional tubular formwork. Further, prestressed reinforcement is tensioned, concrete mixture is centrifuged and heat treated. Then tubular formwork is disassembled into semi-formwork. Pre-stressed reinforcing bars are cut between inner and outer rings of each embedded flange. Embedded flanges are disconnected from each other and two molded sections of the centrifuged reinforced concrete post are unloaded from the lower semi-formwork. At that, flange connection of tubular formwork and connection of embedded flanges are provided with rigid gaskets, which are made with possibility of tongue-and-groove conjugation and are located in one plane.
EFFECT: universal coaxiality of all different types (upper and lower) and interchangeability of all similar sections of reinforced concrete rack, made according to disclosed method, which makes it possible to ensure corresponding simplification and acceleration of racks assembly.
