FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncourology. After robot-assisted prostatectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy, a free edge of the peritoneal flap is fixed. First, the suture is passed from the inside to the outside through the free edge of peritoneal flap 1 cm outwards from its midline on one side, then on the other side at the same distance – from the outside to the inside. Suture ends are fixed in one median point of the pubic articulation.
EFFECT: method enables to provide conditions for outflow of lymphatic fluid from injured lymphatic vessels, its full resorption; reduce duration and injuries of operation.
