SUBSTANCE: lipid composition with a balanced fatty acid composition and a complex of biologically active compounds, containing edible oil of marine hydrobionts as a source of docosahexaenoic acid, vegetable oil and xanthophylls, characterized by that sea hydrobiont oil is used as seaweed oil Shizochytrium sp, vegetable oil used is a mixture of low-erucic rapeseed, camelina and linseed oils, and as a source of xanthophylls, an oil extract of sea brown algae Sargassum miyabei is used at the following ratio of components, vol.%: oil of sea algae Shizochytrium sp 5.0; low-erucic rapeseed oil 35.0; camelina oil—25.0; linseed oil 25.0; oil extract from Sargassum miyabei 10.0. EFFECT: invention provides total content of polyunsaturated fatty acids at level of 60.7–66.6% and eicosopentaenoic acid at the level of not less than 2.1% of the total content of omega-3 fatty acids with balanced fatty acid composition of the ready product and stability during storage.
