SUBSTANCE: invention discloses intranasal pharmaceutical powder compositions, methods for preparing such compositions and use thereof. Powder composition includes spray-dried particles which include an active agent, a carrier, a thickener, which is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and sugar alcohol, which is mannitol, where the carrier includes microcrystalline cellulose and an active agent, spray-dried together with microcrystalline cellulose to produce spray-dried particles.
