SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. Described is a method for assessing the resistance of squamous cell carcinoma of throat to radiation therapy. Method involves a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, which enables to determine the level of expression of microRNA, which is described by protocols for preparing the PCR and the obtained results. PCR involves preparing a solution using a kit comprising a test tube with a mixture of lyophilized 22 primers for 11 microRNA hsa-miR-128-3p, hsa-miR-20a-5p, hsa-miR-17-5p, hsa-let-7e-5p, hsa-miR-135b-5p, hsa-miR-125b-5p, hsa-miR-21-5p, hsa-miR-16-5p, hsa-miR-210, hsa-miR-23a-3p and hsa-miR-34c-5p.
EFFECT: more accurate and reliable assessment of resistance of squamous cell carcinoma of throat to radiation.
