FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell technologies and tissue engineering. Disclosed is a method of forming a trabecular bone organoid, which is a three-dimensional self-renewing and self-organizing periosteal microtissue, built on the basis of bioactive demineralised spongy bone matrix and mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), differentiated into osteogenic and angiogenic cells.
EFFECT: disclosed method is applicable in preclinical studies in vitro of promising substances and new drugs for assessing their osteoinductive/osteogenic and endotheliogenic action.
