SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to organic chemistry and includes an aryl-condensed isoselenazole compound of formula (I), a method for production thereof and use thereof, a pharmaceutical composition containing it, and a method of treatment. In formula (I) A1, A2, A3 and A4 are CH, R1 is C1-6 alkylene, R is selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkoxy.
EFFECT: compound of formula (I), having inhibitory activity on thioredoxin reductase (TrxR).
