FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used to heat an aerosol-forming substrate in aerosol generators. In an aerosol generator for receiving and heating a rod containing a portion of the aerosol medium and a core of a cooling tube, heater frame is made by extrusion and is integrated with guide for coil winding. Heater frame comprises a cylindrical frame housing, receiving a rod, a guide rib moulded with the frame housing and protruding from it in the longitudinal direction, and made with a guide groove, a coil inserted into the guide groove and wound along the outer circumference of the frame housing. Coil comprises a first heating coil for heating the rod of the cooling tube and a portion adjacent to a portion of the aerosol medium, and a second heating coil located below the first heating coil for heating only a portion of the aerosol medium. Invention also relates to aerosol generator heater frame.
EFFECT: simplified manufacture and assembly of aerosol generator and preservation and control of winding position and shape.
