FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more precisely to oncology, and concerns a method for predicting the duration of a relapse-free period in patients with resectable thrice-negative breast cancer. In a patient with resectable triple-negative breast cancer, the level of spontaneous production of IL-4 (X2), IL-6 (X1), IL-8 (X3) is determined; the induced production of TNF-α (X4) and the concentration of gamma/delta T-lymphocytes (X5) is determined, then the discriminant functions are calculated from the obtained values: F1, F2, F3, F4, where F1 corresponds to the duration of the relapse-free period from 0 to 4 months, F2 - from 4 to 10 months, F3 - from 10 up to 14 months, F4 - more than 14 months. The prediction of the duration of the relapse-free period is estimated by the highest value of the function.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy of predicting the duration of a relapse-free period in patients with thrice-negative breast cancer.
