FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to obtain an autologous concentrate of bone marrow cells for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Surgical access is performed 4-5 cm posteriorly from the medial border of the iliac crest. A trocar installed in the middle of the cortical area of the iliac crest is carried out through the access. Aspirate is taken and centrifuged, after which mesenchymal bone marrow cells are counted. In this case, the tip of the trocar is carried out through the cortical plate until it feels like a dip of 35-50 mm, bone marrow aspirate is taken in a volume of 50 ml, bone marrow aspirate is centrifuged at a speed of no more than 2400 rpm for at least 20 minutes. At the same time, the concentration of mesenchymal cells in the resulting autologous bone marrow concentrate is at least 0.01%.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases by increasing the concentration of mesenchymal cells in the finished preparation.
