FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment to a cryoprobe, which is suitable primarily for tissue sampling in highly branched vascular systems, such as, for example, vascular systems, for example, for tissue sampling in upper urinary tract, in particular in renal cup-and-pelvis system. Cryoprobe for extracting tissue samples from a patient using an endoscope has a flexible hose, a flow channel and at least one flexible traction element. Flexible hose has at least one lumen and is equipped with a head at its distal end. Hose is made with possibility of its extension from the endoscope, retraction into the endoscope and bending with the endoscope. Flow channel communicates with its distal end with the inner space of the head for supply of the fluid cryogenic medium to the head. At least one flexible traction element is located in the hose and extends over at least part of the length of the hose to transfer traction forces applied to the head when the cryoprobe is moved in the proximal direction.
EFFECT: achieving an advantageous combination of cryoprobe operational properties: a) ability to create high traction forces required for separation of frozen tissue sample, and b) ability to easily bend at large angles, besides, said probe retains an internal flow area sufficient for the flow of the cryogenic medium through the internal space of the head.
