FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of blasting operations, in particular to means of protection against engineering ammunition and other explosive objects, and is intended for temporary containment of explosive objects, as well as for their transportation to the place of neutralization or their destruction. Explosion-proof container, the structure of which contains three interconnected automobile tires with a metal cord, wherein the inner part of each tire of the explosion-proof container is filled with two carcasses of the automotive tire tread, the inner part of the carcass is additionally filled with a foamed polyurethane sealant, car tires are fastened to each other by piercing in 4-5 places along the radius with a copper wire with diameter of 0.3–0.5 mm, fastened to each other tires are tightened with a cord from capron-polyamide with diameter of 10–15 mm with its transverse tightening or are tightened with a steel cable with diameter of 0.5–0.8 mm, ends of the cable are fastened by means of an aluminium sleeve, a protective cover made of fabric is put on the tightened tires, on which two textile straps are sewn for transportation, upper and lower parts of the cover are tightened with ropes, a protective cap made of similar fabric is put on the upper part of the cover, which is tightened with a rope. Explosion-proof container is additionally equipped with a radio interference generator – a radio fuse blocker, which is fixed in a pocket on a protective cover.
EFFECT: reliable localization of fragmentation, partially shock-wave, high-explosive and high-explosive factors of explosion of explosive objects, as well as possibility of providing such localization during transportation of explosive objects to the place of neutralization.
