FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology. Factors influencing the course and outcome of pregnancy are detected in women planning pregnancy. Ceruloplasmin level in menstrual flow is quantitatively determined and their prognostic coefficients are determined in points, the coefficients are denoted by a "+" sign in the case of an aggressive nature of the factor and a "-" sign in the case of a protective one. Derived prognostic coefficients of risk factors are summed up, and if the sum is equal to "+13 or more" points and the ceruloplasmin level is more than 800 mg/dl, the early loss of pregnancy is predicted, and a therapeutic approach to pre-conception is selected. That is combined with therapeutic measures for women with gynaecological, extragenital diseases, burdened by obstetric history and a pregnancy is planned at a reference level of ceruloplasmin in menstrual flow within the protective range of up to 800 mg/dl. If the sum of the prognostic coefficients is equal to a value within the range of "more than -13 and less than +13" points, and the ceruloplasmin level is more than 800 mg/dl, the prognosis is considered to be uncertain. Individual program of specifying diagnostic and therapeutic measures is formed, pregnancy is planned with a control level of ceruloplasmin in menstrual flow within protective values of up to 800 mg/dl. If the sum of the prognostic coefficients is equal to "-13 or less" points and the ceruloplasmin level is less than 800 mg/dl, the absence of early pregnancy loss is predicted. Preventive tactics of pre-conceptional preparation is chosen.
EFFECT: method enables determining the tactics of preparing for the forthcoming gestation based on the pre-conceptional prediction of the early loss of pregnancy, detecting the high-risk patients by calculating the prognostic criteria of risk factors.
