SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for genotyping the polymorphic locus rs11024032 (C>T) of the C11orf58 gene in humans. Said method is carried out by real-time PCR using allele-specific fluorescent probes. Identification of allelic variants of rs11024032 (C>T) of the C11orf58 gene is carried out using forward and reverse primers with sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2 respectively, as well as rs11024032-C-allele-specific and rs11024032-T-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4 respectively.
EFFECT: present invention provides an easy-to-implement and cost-effective method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs11024032 (C>T), localized in position 11:16751953 (GRCh38) of gene C11orf58 (Gene ID: 10944).
