FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for ovarian preservation. Method of ovaries preservation includes their immersion in 80–99.5% solution of glycerine or lugol, maintenance at room temperature in tightly closed container till complete impregnation for at least 2 hours and storage in solution in dark place at temperature not higher than 5 °C.
EFFECT: proposed method of ovarian preservation provides preservation of maximum possible number of follicles for preservation of reproductive function.
