Summary: device for profiling bottom sediments comprises generator (1) of phase-shift keyed signals, first (2) and second (7) amplifiers, first (3) and second (6) cables, acoustic radiator (4), hydrophone (5), correlator (12) and graphic plotter (13) of bottom sediments profile. Correlator (12) includes a controlled delay unit (8), multiplier (9), low-pass filter (10) and extreme controller (11).
EFFECT: increased accuracy of bottom sediments profiling.
