FIELD: microwave equipment.

SUBSTANCE: symmetrical slit microwave signal transmission line comprises a dielectric substrate, flat metal screens forming a slit line. Part of the symmetric slit line is located on one side of the dielectric substrate, and part is on the other side of the dielectric substrate, interlayer junction is made in the form of a partially metallized hole in the dielectric substrate, the centre of which is located at the point of intersection of the centre of the slot with the plane in which the edges of the screens are located, which are perpendicular to the slot; partial metal coating of the hole connects metal screens located on each side of the slit on different sides of the substrate in pairs, while the size of the slit width on the other side of the substrate is maintained. Hole diameter is selected based on the following conditions: 0.2 ≤ W ≤ 1.0; 1.5W ≤ D ≤ 2.5W, where W is slot width, mm; D is hole diameter, mm.

EFFECT: providing signal transmission from one side of the dielectric substrate to the other, improving weight and dimensions of the device.
