METHOD FOR PNEUMOVESICOSCOPIC URETER REIMPLANTATION IN URETEROVESICAL SEGMENT PATHOLOGY IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B17/00 A61B1/313 A61B1/307 A61M25/10

Abstract RU 2820261 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric surgical urology-andrology. Under cystoscopic control, a traction suture is applied on the orifice of the reimplanted ureter, passed through the abdominal wall at level of 1 cm caudal to the position of the working trocar from the contralateral side. Under cystoscopic control one trocar of 3 mm for optics along the middle line between umbilicus and pubis and two working trocars of 3 mm in ilio-inguinal areas on the right and on the left are installed. Traction suture is stretched. Ureter mobilization is performed using bipolar coagulation along 4 cm. Mobilized ureter is immersed into the retrocystic space, a submucosal tunnel is created in the transverse direction to form an artifactual orifice above and lateral to the mouth of the contralateral ureter. Ureter is pulled out by the traction suture into the bladder cavity and delivered in the formed submucosal tunnel; the mucosal defect is closed and the artifactual orifice is fixed with absorbable suture material.

EFFECT: method enables providing the safety of the approach, simplifying the ureter mobilization stage, eliminating the ureter damage, and provides an excellent aesthetic result.
