FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cleaning of internal surface of vertical pipes of mine drainage. Proposed device comprises cutting cleaning head with axial cleaning element coupled with rotation drive shaft with axial channel. Cleaning element is made in the form of conical cutter with axial opening equal to diameter of rotation drive shaft. In the upper and lower parts of the axial channel there are rigidly fixed support bearings, and in the lower part there is a stabilization mechanism connected to the support element which is rigidly fixed to the lower part of the rotation drive and is made in the form of three radially arranged brackets. One end of each bracket is fixed with possibility of rotation on an axis attached to the support element. On the other end of each bracket there is a wheel, the working surface of which is reinforced with hard-alloy studs. Each bracket is equipped with a hold-down spring, and the rotation drive is equipped with a cable-rope, one end of which is attached to the winch, and the other one contains a cage and is rigidly attached to the support element.

EFFECT: dry destruction of in-pipe deposits and their transportation to the place of storage is provided, labour intensity of cleaning works is reduced.
