FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: thermoformed by hot stamping component with aluminium coating and method of this component manufacturing are proposed. Said component comprises steel plate and aluminium coating applied on at least one surface of steel plate. Said aluminium coating has the following roughness parameters: arithmetic mean deviation of the profile Ra of surface of 1.0–3.0 mcm, height Rt of the peak to trough of 8–30 mcm, and the number RPc of roughness peaks making ≥ 50. Said method is carried out as follows. Steel plate is immersed into molten aluminium alloy. Steel plate with aluminium coating is levelled using a levelling roller. Coefficient of thermal radiation of surface of steel plate with aluminium coating is 0.1–0.8, roughness parameter in form of arithmetic mean deviation of profile Ra of said plate surface is 0.3–2.0 mcm and number RPc of peaks of surface roughness of said plate is 30–150. Blank of required shape is cut from said plate. Heat treatment is carried out by placing the obtained workpiece in a heating furnace at a heating furnace temperature of 880–960 °C, in an atmosphere of air or nitrogen and during the dwell time of the workpiece in the heating furnace, which is 2.5–10 minutes. Heated workpiece is transferred for 20 seconds into mould with hot forming and cooling to produce thermoformed component.

EFFECT: providing a thermoformed component having improved coating adhesion, colouration and corrosion resistance.
