FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Tripartite IOL with scleral fixation is implanted in the patients with aphakia, aniridia and retinal detachment. Two opposite points in the limb zone at 3 and 9 o'clock are marked with a tap for marking toric IOLs. Further, points 2 mm from the limb are marked on the conjunctiva on each side, then points 2 mm from the first points parallel to the limb, counterclockwise. Further, in 12 o'clock meridian, a main approach is formed in the cornea with width of 2.5 mm; a three-part IOL is implanted into the anterior chamber so that one haptic remains in the area of the main approach. Further, in meridian of 3 o'clock, 29 G needle is inserted transconjunctivally and transclerally into the vitreal cavity, one of the haptics is tucked into the needle lumen with forceps, similar manipulations are performed from the opposite side, the haptics are alternately brought to the conjunctival surface and a diathermocoagulator is melted to form a thickening corresponding to 2 diameters of the haptic. Then they are immersed into a scleral tunnel.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of intraoperative complications associated with reducing the degree of tissue trauma, reducing the probability of developing inflammatory reactions, reduce time of surgical intervention, improve visual functions.
