SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to neutron capture therapy. Neutron dose detector comprises a neutron detector, a signal processing unit, a counter configured to count a signal output from the signal processing unit to obtain a count rate, and a count rate correction unit configured to correct the count rate, wherein count rate correction unit comprises pulse resolution time calculation part, first count rate is recorded by counter, when neutron beam flow is a flow of first neutron beam, second counting rate is recorded by the counter, when the neutron beam stream is a stream of the second neutron beam, pulse resolution time calculation part is configured to calculate the pulse resolution time based on the first count rate, the first neutron beam flux, the second count rate and the second neutron beam flux, wherein the first neutron beam flux is less than the second neutron beam flux.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining neutron radiation dose of an investigated object.
