FIELD: veterinary science; virology.
SUBSTANCE: molecular diagnostic tool is described. Highly sensitive test system consisting of a ready-made PCR mixture "CPP", Taq-DNA polymerase, positive control "CPP", negative control, internal control sample "ICS" and negative control sample "NCS", allowing for the shortest possible time to detect DNA of the causative agent of cattle contagious pleuropneumonia (MmmSC). There are developed oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescent-labelled probe for amplification and detection of a gene section coding membrane lipoprotein IppQCPP cattle(MmmSC): forward primer – TATGTTTAGTGACACAAAACAATTTA, reverse primer – CTCGATAAAACATATTTTTCATATTTTTAACA, probe FAM – TTTTAACATTACTTACATTT-BHQ.
EFFECT: invention can be used to detect DNA of all genetic variants of the causative agent of contagious cattle pleuropneumonia in samples of a wide range of pathological and biomaterials for the purpose of staging and specifying clinical and laboratory diagnostics in veterinary science.
