FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiation diagnostics, resuscitation, pulmonology, toxicology, cardiology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, and can be used to determine the risk of developing secondary syndrome of multiple systemic insufficiency in acute pulmonary injury syndrome in adults. Magnetic resonance imaging of the liver and kidneys is performed in the mode of diffusion-weighted images. If diffusion is limited in hepatic and renal parenchyma, a very high risk of developing multiple systemic insufficiency syndrome is stated. If there is no diffusion restriction in the liver parenchyma and in the presence of diffusion restriction in the renal parenchyma, a high risk is stated. If diffusion is limited by liver parenchyma and no diffusion is limited by renal parenchyma, average risk is stated. In the absence of diffusion restriction in liver and kidney parenchyma, a low risk of developing multiple systemic insufficiency syndrome is stated.
EFFECT: method provides the well-timed correction of the patient management algorithm with the involvement of various medical practitioners, effective treatment with hepato- and nephroprotectors, if necessary, changing the antibacterial therapy, conducting detoxification measures by assessing the risk of developing secondary syndrome of multiple systemic insufficiency by means of MRI DWI of the liver and kidneys.
