FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of remote measurement of dielectric permeability of sections of the earth's surface, which are a flat-layered dielectric of natural origin with losses (soils, agricultural soils, snow cover, ice, herbaceous vegetation, etc.) based on comparison of phases of interference electromagnetic waves (EMW) with vertical and horizontal polarisations. First unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) contains a transmitter, a digital computer, a spatial coordinate meter, data exchange equipment with a ground control station and two antennae. On the second UAV there are receiving equipment, which includes two antennae, a sum-difference bridge, a linear amplifier with a variable gain of the difference signal, two logarithmic amplifiers, subtractor and adder, two amplitude detectors, adder and subtractor of video signals, video signal ratio generator, digital computer, measuring device of spatial coordinates and equipment for data exchange with ground control station.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.
