SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for vaccination against infection or disease caused by Mollicutes bacteria. Disclosed is a liquid composition for protection against infection or disease caused by Mollicutes bacteria, containing live Mollicutes bacteria and a stabilizer, which is a natural deep eutectic solvent (NADES), wherein the composition has a water activity of 0.85 or less and a water content of 50 wt./wt.% or less. Invention also discloses a method for preparing said composition and using it as a vaccine, using NADES as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for producing said vaccine, a vaccination kit, and a vaccination method.

EFFECT: invention provides effective stabilization of living bacteria Mollicutes without the need for freezing or lyophilisation.
