SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Anterior chamber angle is blocked by an iris root after descemethogoniopuncture; laser exposure is performed. Microfistula is formed in trabeculodescemet membrane with the help of YAG-laser in the area of previously performed non-penetrating antiglaucoma operation so that in case of fistula obturation there is free space in trabeculodescemet membrane. Then a basal coloboma is formed at an iris root directly under a previously formed microfistula. Thereafter, the patient is examined again on the day of the operation and on the following day after the operation with gonioscopy, and if observing the blockage of the anterior chamber angle by the iris root, the filtration pad is massaged downwards with the help of a gonioscopy lens, and the resolution of the blockade of the anterior chamber angle is assessed. In the special case, if the massage effect is absent, using the YAG laser, laser applicates are applied at the fistula area and the resolution of the anterior chamber angle block is assessed. In the absence of the effect, a new microfistula is formed in the free space of the trabeculodescemet's membrane by means of a YAG laser.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of incarceration of the iris after descemethogoniopuncture and restoring the hypotensive effect of the operation in case of developing anterior chamber angle block.
