SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neutron capture therapy system (100). System comprises accelerator (200) for generating a beam of charged particles, transmitting device (10) for transmitting a beam of charged particles, a neutron generation part (20) for generating a neutron beam, a beam forming element (30) for adjusting the neutron beam spectrum and guide device (40). Transmitting device (10) comprises at least first transmitting part (11) and second transmitting part (12), which is detachably connected to first transmitting part (11), first transmitting part (11) has a first position L1 and a second position L2, and guide device (40) directs first transmitting part (11) and neutron generation part (20) to move from first position L1 to second position L2. When first transmitting part (11) is located in first position L1, neutron generation part (20) provided in first transmitting part (11) is arranged in beam forming element (30); and when first transmitting part (11) is located in second position L2, neutron generation part (20) provided in the first transmitting part (11) is separated from the beam forming element (30).
EFFECT: maintaining safe distance between operator and neutron generation part (20) while reducing time of operator contact with radiation and providing safe, reliable and stable extraction of neutron generation part (20).
