SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and oncology. The first drainage 7 mm wide is installed in the right abdomen 1 cm below the XII rib. It is carried out under hepaticojejunostomy under the left lobe of the liver and further into the left subdiaphragmatic space. The second drain 10 mm wide with a multiperforated working area 20 cm long is installed in the left lateral region of the abdomen 1-2 cm below the XII rib, is passed through the remaining section of the greater omentum under the gastroenteroanastomosis to the pancreaticojejunoanastomosis, where it wraps 360° around the pancreaticojejunoanastomosis. The distal end of the drain is located along the portal vein in the region of the Glisson gate of the liver to the first segment of the liver. The third drain 10 mm is installed in the left lateral region of the abdomen 1-2 cm below the XII rib, is passed through the remaining area of the greater omentum, under the gastroenteroanastomosis, to the pancreaticojejunoanastomosis, where it is passed over the latter and is installed parallel to the first drainage under the hepaticojejunoanastomosis.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of clinically significant pancreatic fistulas, episodes of hemorrhagic complications, the total number of postoperative complications and mortality in patients after pancreatoduodenal resection.
