SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used in surgical treatment of myopia with application of optimized Smile operation protocol. That is ensured by a single instillation of aesthetic preparations, followed by 4-step Smile protocol. At the first stage, a lenticule is formed on the first eye by means of a laser. At the second stage, laser formation of a lenticule is performed on the second eye. At the third stage, the formed lenticule is mechanically extracted on the second eye. On the fourth stage, extraction and mechanical removal of the formed lenticule on the first eye.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a good refraction result, with minimal negative effect of anaesthetics on the cornea, reducing the length of the surgical intervention, reducing the number of complications, such as vacuum failure, tearing in the access area.
