SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Refraction correction is performed using the ReLEx SMILE technology. In this case, a vacuum load is used with an increase in intraocular pressure up to 30 mm of mercury. The alignment is carried out according to the Purkyne reflex and a laser energy of 140 nJ is used, the path distance between the pulses is equal to the size of the laser spot and is 4.3 microns for the lenticle and for the valve, 1.8 microns for the edge of the lenticle.
EFFECT: method provides safe surgical correction of induced ametropia in patients after episcleral filling, prevention of retinal detachment recurrence, preservation of the biomechanical strength of the cornea.
