It is turned 90° and the upper surface of the lenticule edge is cut off in the nasal direction. Then the lower surface of the edge of the lenticule is separated in the temporal direction. With the help of the long end of the Chansu spatula, the lenticule is removed with rotational movements.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of extracting the lenticule during the RELEX SMILE operation in case of complications that arose during the operation.
